Good Afternoon,
Has anyone ever had a very adamant business owner pushing to run a massage business out of a house, not as a home occupation, but as a commercial business out of a house in the middle of a residential subdivision? Currently she isn’t taking no for an answer from me and I really don’t want her to start a rezoning process and have her throw away $700 when Council also refuses the application, but this person cannot understand why a commercial business as quiet as her with some conditions cannot be allowed in a residential area.

Does anyone have an example where you have allowed such a thing? if so what were the conditions?
