Hi all, we are in the process of aligning our Compliance Report with the province and have used the ADOA template. One item that I’ve noted that isn’t in the ADOA template is a statement regarding the developments on the property such as “A development permit approving a one-unit dwelling on the above mentioned property was issued in 1980 and a development permit approving a secondary suite was issued in 2020.” Just looking to see if most authorities are including a statement like this or not.
