Just checking if your departments will scan large physical documents to a digital file as a service for members of the public, Stuff like blueprints and and drawings that are 36″ x 42″ or large? If you do, what do you normally charge?

We have a large plotter printer/scanner that can do it but we don’t normally get requests like this and don’t have a fee for this type of service. Had a request recently for this and there isn’t a private business in my community that has the equipment to do this.

Time would be the biggest factor for this type of request I’d imagine.
