Hello, we have had an inquiry on a goat and chicken abbatoir in the County of Newell. They only want to process approximately 50 goats per week. Of course, we have JBS in our municipality which is huge but wondering if anyone has permitted a small abbatoir and if they can give me some guidance on regulatory agencies, conditions ect?
