Hello,
County of Newell adopted an Area Structure Plan for one of the Hamlets several years ago and we have received a Development permit application for a storage facility that is located on the lot that was identified in the ASP as a storage lot. However, the neighbours are not happy about having a storage lot in this location and we have received several letters opposed to the development. Has anyone had a similar experience that they could share what happened or give some advice on this type of situation.
