Cemeteries

Have any of your offices dealt with selling off county/municipally owned cemeteries?

We have multiple cemeteries owned by the county and ideally we would sell them to the volunteer groups that maintain them; however, some of the volunteer groups are elderly and do not want the liability of owning.

Just curious to see if this is something that has been encountered elsewhere.
