Hello, I am stuck on Developer’s Agreements and maybe going down a rabbit hole and need a new perspective:

My question is: would you honour the original agreement on title from 4 decades ago that is vaguely written (Developer must build a portion of a twp road to town standards, Developer must pay for it, this agreement must be registered on title), or rewrite a new agreement that asks for securities, specific standards, deadlines?
