Hey everyone!
We are looking to review and revise our currently Building Permit and Development Permit Applications. We are contemplating combining the application to one and a Notice of Decision and a Plans Review letter issued as the permit. Is anyone else doing it this way? How does it work for you?
If you have them as either separate or combined it would be great to know which you prefer.
Would you have a copy of your Development Permit Application that you could forward to me by email at rshortt@lloydminster.ca to add to our research file? We are looking for about 8-12 different municipalities to review their current form. With your form is there anything you would tweak, change or altogether get rid of?
