The City of Lloydminster is beginning a comprehensive review our Land Use Bylaw and it has been suggested that we review some Municipalities that follow a Form Based or Hybrid Land Use Bylaw. We are wondering what is working what is not? What has been challenging? What would you change? Are there any words of advise for or against this shift in community development?

How is enforcement? Any challenges with this?
