Hello all,

We just had an application submitted for a helipad with a hangar to be used as a base for four helicopters. Most of the time, the helicopters will be out of the region and the base will just be a storage facility, but they do want to run some “scenic flights” with passengers.

Does anyone have any experience with these kinds of things? Any insight for things to look out for and/or evaluate should we be looking at beyond the obvious noise and traffic issues?
