Hello,
Does anyone have a detailed procedural for meetings? A document that may include how many times a landowner can speak at one meeting, how long is appropriate to allow landowners to speak. Should the Council or MPC be aware of who would like to speak prior to the meeting?
We sometimes have some very long meetings, and occasionally it is the same information provided by 10 different landowners.
Any advice would be appreciated.
